Stayed about a week
What a lovely visit I had for a 2nd year in a row! Quiet, sunny, airy unit now with a stove, full frig, and washer/dryer. Peaceful neighborhood less than 1/2 block from Yavapai College with great public gym ($2/day to use!), cafe, and endless MTB and walking trails from easy to expert. Close to Cottonwood & Sedona but away from the crowds. Kristine and Dennis are friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend for a single person looking for a relaxing retreat in sunny Arizona.

Above and beyond my expectations! It was very cozy, lots of room, beautifully decorated and very private. There wasn’t one thing I needed that wasn’t there. Neighborhood appeared quiet and safe. Absolutely charming, 10/10!

The pictures can’t match the true size and comfort of this place. The space is well equipped and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable especially after a long days hike and the location is perfect. Having a washer and dryer is a true life saver and even the light show at night brings a whimsical feel. A must stay for any couple or single traveler
